I see myself as a coach, mentor, and instructor who guides students through their academic journey, offer career advice, and promote self-directed learning. In lectures, I apply the Constructive Alignment approach to connect learning objectives, teaching methods, and assessments effectively. Further, I include findings from my own research to ensure that the teaching is infused by the state-of-the art research.
I adopt a cognitive teaching style that fosters independent problem-solving and motivation. By combining theoretical input with interactive formats like group work and case studies, I aim to bridge the gap between theory and practice–and inspire students to do the same.
